Books

On this page find links to my book responses. These are generally not typical book reviews, but rather memoirs and other pieces of writing about the ways in which certain works of literature have made important impressions on me.

The Twi-Moms’ Lament

Three of the Best Books I’ve Ever Read Which Made Me Miserable While I Was Reading Them

I, Too, Am a Rêveuse — Hover over the Books tab above for a subpage entitled “Le Cirque des Rêves” in which I chronicle 13 months of fandom for Erin Morgenstern’s novel The Night Circus with the Rêveurs Revelation Fashion Project. It was fun while it lasted, but — while I still adore that book — it seems 13 months is a fitting length of time for public fashion tribute. I offer my sincere gratitude to all those who participated with me, around the country and beyond, and I’m pleased to have been able to entice so many others to read and enjoy this book as well.
