I didn’t post an earworm last week because I was traveling with Han in the northeast to visit some colleges.
You know, when Han entered PreK and their class all got little tea towels saying “Class of 2023,” I kind of laughed. That number seemed so far away it was practically imaginary.
Well. Turns out it’s not.
Have some lovely, grounding, energetic music.
Ange,
We must be on the same wave length. Yesterday, I was in the mood for Loreena Mckinnett!
Miss you my dear friend! I hope we can catch up soon. I am sure with Han graduating you guys are swamped so maybe sometime after graduation?
Also, we camped with Blake and Gale this weekend, Blake asked about you and Aaron. When I told him Han was graduating he was amazed –where does the time go???
Love you, m

OMG how lovely to hear from you! I miss you too. ❤ We are completely swamped, as usual. 😉 Let's get together after grad.
Also, we're heading out to Sherwood the day before Easter. Any chance y'all are? Give our best regards to Blake and Gale! 🙂
Love you.

I can definitely relate to the feeling of time flying by so quickly. It’s hard to believe that we’re already in 2021 and that the year 2023 is just around the corner. I can only imagine how it must feel for parents who have children graduating soon, especially after watching them grow up so quickly.
But it’s important to remember to cherish the time we have and make the most of it. Life moves fast and we never know what tomorrow may bring. So, let’s enjoy the present moment and make memories that we can look back on fondly in the future.
On a side note, I’m curious to know what colleges you and Han visited. Did you have any favorites or were there any that stood out to you? As someone who is currently in college, I always find it interesting to hear about other people’s experiences and perspectives on different schools.

It was quite the whirlwind trip, not gonna lie, and we’re not even done looking at schools yet. I think I’ll let Han post about the pros and cons of the college choices perhaps; it’s a bit overwhelming at the moment. 😉
